Our Crafting Process

Step 1

The process begins by selecting old or unused 12-inch vinyl records. These records are sourced from collectors.

Step 2

Protective adhesive film is applied to the record before cutting to protect the surface from additional scratches or damage.

Step 3

The vinyl record is then placed into a laser cutting machine. The machine uses a focused laser beam to precisely cut the design into the surface of the vinyl.

Step 4

The cutting process is controlled by software that follows the vector design, creating intricate patterns or images.

Step 5

Then vinyl record is cleared from the adhesive film and residue.

Step 6

Black sticker is used to cover the original music label.

Step 7

Then a silent clock movement is installed. LED ring may be glued to the clock movement to create a version of the clock with a backlight.

Step 8

After all components are assembled, the clock undergoes a final quality check. The completed product is then packaged securely using extruded polystyrene to prevent damage during shipping.
